Johnny Rotten Gives Ron Paul Mad Props On Leno!

We saw it, we really saw it, with our own eyes. Ron Paul appeared on Jay Leno last night (after Tom Cruise, who didn't stick around), and gave his usual, common-sense message of peace, prosperity and freedom, replying to Jay's question about his chances, with a twinkle in his eye, he said "there's probably a risk I could win".

Next, seminal punk-rockers Johnny Rotten (nee Lydon) and the Sex pistols came on to play their song "Anarchy In The UK". Lydon, between verses, gave a big shout-out, "Hello Mr. Paul!", and Ron made a point of shaking hands with him after the performance.

Apparently Lydon is a HUGE fan.

Having come of age listening to a huge diet of punk rock like the Sex Pistols and the Clash, I can only say WOW.

UNBELIEVABLE.

UPDATE: Video of the interview and the performance from the LRC Blog!

UPDATE 2: READ Lew Rockwell's inside scoop of the whole?evening - it is STUNNING.
