...is the fact that while great hay is made about a pervert in Congress...(Who Knew?!?),...the final destruction of Constitutional restraints upon the evils of government has taken place, and nary a person noticed (except?professional government skeptics, among whom we count ourselves). But the destruction of restraints upon power has a known and strangely familiar history these days.
