The New Civil Right - Updated

Previously we wrote of a New Jersey administrative law judge's decision that bars offering "Ladies' Nights" (or however you punctuate it) is a CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION, specifically of the rights of men who frequent singles bars.
Apparently this legalistic cancer on the body politic is spreading. From the LRC Blog today;
"This guy has filed a complaint with the state Division of Civil Rights complaining that Ladies' Night is discriminatory. That problem is that Ladies' Night:
"creates anger and resentment and confusion just like double standards have been historically,"
He may want to explore a little more carfully what is the real source if his "anger and resentment." There's discrimination by women against men, I'm sure. But not against men in general. Just this guy.
Regarding the same fellow: "In 1996 a jury convicts Horner of harassing a state official who'd declined to pursue his complaint that Hooters wouldn't hire him as a waiter." "
These cases SHOULD be illustrating the absurdity of extending "civil rights"?protections to private, commercial transactions, but instead are treated as silly human-interest stories.
