Now THIS is Funny!

Madame Tussauds wax museum in London definitely has a sense of humor. They installed a nativity scene with, uh, well, just see for yourself.

(CBS/AP) Christian leaders on Wednesday denounced a Nativity scene at a London wax museum featuring soccer star David Beckham and his wife Victoria, a former Spice Girl, as the parents of Jesus.

"Posh and Becks are incredibly famous. They're the couple of the moment in this day, like Mary and Joseph were the couple of that moment," says Diana Moon of Madame Tussauds.

The waxwork tableau at Madame Tussauds museum included President Bush as one of the three Wise Men, actors Hugh Grant and Samuel L. Jackson as shepherds and Australian disco diva Kylie Minogue as an angel.

The difference is that the average Itlaian American takes it good stride, understands that its an amplification of the idiosynchrosies of some in that culture, laugh and move on, without filing a lawsuit.

Actually, I can think of any group who is more stereotypical that Italian-Americans! Just check out Dom Irrera's act (http://www.domirrera.com/) to confirm this!

It reminds me of a local contraversy here in New York a few years ago - outrage erupted over a "Seinfeld" episode in which Kramer, enjoying himself at the annual Puerto Rican Day Parade, accidentally set fire to his Puerto Rican flag, starting a riot. It was hilarious, yet Ron Kuby asked rhetorically if Mr. Seinfeld (who is Jewish) would think it was funny if someone substituted Jews and the Israeli flag. Listening to his spiel, I found myself thinking that, actually, it would be even more hilarious!

So true! Bua, ha, ha, ha!

I thought everyone understood, its OK to poke fun at Christians, its all the other religions youre not allowed ot poke fun at!
