Condi?

Congratulations to the administration. Promoting someone who on 9/11 was ready to deliver a speech on the drawdown of terrorist prevention and emphasize our need to deal with Russians. Also someone whose been a transparent mouthpiece to Rove & Uncle Dick. What a great choice. God protect our country from the misfits.

Oh, and by the way, others (Like McNeil) left a lot quicker when they realized the adminstration were iditos.
Mark my words, they dont want to be around for the final assessment years from now, when were still heavily committed in money and men in Iraq.
I'm sure at least a couple (Powell, to name one) are leaving because their consciences bothered them. This does not say much for those who elect to stay. "Moral Values" indeed.
Gee, this is saying a lot for the administration. ALL of your top people flee like rats from a sinking ship? In all fairness, though, I'm sure they were all offered much more lucrative careers in academia, lobbying and such without all the public scrutiny. I'd do the same thing. The most sickening part is how you'll start to hear them all speak of how they knew in their hearts that this was all wrong. What a bunch of baloney.
Terrorist prevention dollars do not, by and large go to the owners, er, sorry, supporters of the Republican party, the Oil and Defense Industries (among the many positions on Rice's resume is a seat on the board at Chevron, who actually named a tanker after her!). So that's why they were wanting to draw them down. These idiots are only now realizing that the Cold War was the best thing to ever happen to them, and that its end was the worst. They are basically continually looking for excuses to spend more and more of our money buying off those favored industries so they can get contributions to buy off the votes of those conservatives who don't look at or think about these things too closely.
