Foreign Operations Appropriations Act, FY2005 - Vote Passed (365-41, 27 Not Voting)

The House passed this $19.4 billion bill that funds foreign aid programs for the 2005 fiscal year. The House passed H.R. 4818, making appropriations for foreign operations, export financing, and related programs for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2005, by a yea and nay vote of 365 yeas to 41 nays, Roll No. 390.

I can't think of anything less Constitutional.

Would love to know ehat "related programs" are. WOuld love to know where they get off spending our money like that.

In the Texas delegation, Ron Paul was the only "No" vote, with two others not voting.
